ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICY

Preorders and all custom or wholesale orders are final sale. Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. These items are manufactured specifically based on your order, which prevents us from stopping or reversing production after payment is received.

We never guarantee any shipping or delivery date. Custom manufacturing includes many variables and the shipping process also involves factors that are outside of our control.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Spend up to $19.99 and pay $8 shipping.
Spend $20 or more and pay $6 shipping.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is calculated at checkout and available worldwide. Shipping time is not guaranteed and we cannot insure international shipments. International packages can arrive in one week or may take many weeks depending on the postal carrier, destination, and customs clearance. Refunds will not be issued for delays in transit.

PROCESSING TIME FOR IN STOCK ITEMS
We endeavor to process in stock orders within 24 hours under most circumstances. Delivery time is generally 5 to 8 business days depending on your location.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 5 business days of receipt for store credit.
